"You Don't Want to Go There" -- Disciplinary Rules of the Eastern District of Louisiana
Presented by The Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana

Judge Lemelle will discuss the Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement of the USDC for the Eastern District of Louisiana. The procedure for a disciplinary action will be addressed, along with proposals that are being discussed by the court for amendment of the current rules. Statistics on numbers and types of disciplinary action will be provided and materials distributed. 1 CLE Credit (Ethics).

5:00 pm: Volunteer Appreciation Recognition & Awards Event

Awards will be presented by incoming (2009-2010) LSBA President, Kim Boyle of Phelps Dunbar.
